Recently our software download has been marked as malicious malware by Chrome's Safe Browsing feature.

We currently have no warnings in Webmaster Tools. All anti virus software marks the download as clean.

Software has valid signature certificate.
Domain has valid SSL certificate.
No anti virus warnings.

Does anyone have any thoughts on why we are being flagged as malicious? I can assure you the file is clean and used by +1 million users.
