I want to redirect www.mywebsite.com to mywebsite.com.
I would like to avoid duplicated content. Is 301 redirect in nginx sufficent? Is it needed for me to add a CNAME record? My concern is that CNAME record may affect my seo.
Please bare with me, as I am very new to this. I see that this question has been asked here before, but there was no mention on whether 301 redirect is sufficient without CNAME.
thanks very much!
