Looking at the URL the zz is used to hide the actual domain name in the tutorial. AFAIK, there is no such domain TLD .zzz.

As far as I can tell, and considering you screenshot, what you have there, is a pointer about how to use/reference the code found in HaddopQuaques. So the URL that you show, is from a tutorial, representing how you would acces to the code in your machine or in a server.

I am not sure what you are asking, but...

zzz is not a valid TLD (from the image) and would not resolve. zzz.com is a valid domain name however.

 Domain Name: ZZZ.COM
 Registrar: WILD WEST DOMAINS, LLC
 Whois Server: whois.wildwestdomains.com
Referral URL: www.wildwestdomains.com  Name Server: NS1.MY-DOMAIN-NAME.NET
 Name Server: NS2.MY-DOMAIN-NAME.NET
 Name Server: NS3.MY-DOMAIN-NAME.NET
 Status: clientDeleteProhibited
 Status: clientRenewProhibited
 Status: clientTransferProhibited
 Status: clientUpdateProhibited
 Updated Date: 12-nov-2011
 Creation Date: 13-jan-1995
 Expiration Date: 12-jan-2020

... and zz.zz.zz.zzz.com is not valid at the time of this writing, but was possible when you came across it.

The whole thing looks sketchy. I would avoid it.
