Looking at the URL the zz is used to hide the actual domain name in the tutorial. AFAIK, there is no such domain TLD .zzz.
As far as I can tell, and considering you screenshot, what you have there, is a pointer about how to use/reference the code found in HaddopQuaques. So the URL that you show, is from a tutorial, representing how you would acces to the code in your machine or in a server.
I am not sure what you are asking, but...
zzz is not a valid TLD (from the image) and would not resolve. zzz.com is a valid domain name however.
