I have this issue, which is related to a wrong installation that keep the file deleteme-xxxxxxxx(x's are a username or something) better described here:

What is deleteme.xxxxxxxx.php

Do you maybe know how I could get rid of it and fix the issue? At the moment, the installation fails saying:

Technical Error: [1] Written file /deleteme...php' not accessible atdeleteme...php'.
