E.g. could MY_HELP_MESSAGE be defined as If you want help, contact help@somedomain…
and MY_HELP_MESSAGE be called via e.g. {{MY_HELP_MESSAGE}} (as per meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Variable)?
