This Question is not duplicate.Locked ranking is not equal with "How To Increase Ranking" . I am success in SEO for many websites.But this one is different and Strange.
My website is in page 2 item 2.Position 10 and 11.
I work hard for creating good content and services.My website is not many content base.But i do any work according to google quality guideline.
From 8 month ago, my position has not any change.Not upper.Not lower.
Some of my new and old competitors are weak in backlinks and content.One of my competitors is in position 1 with many hidden backlinks.
I have not any manual action in GWT.

Please help.
