A friend wants to host a website that I have calculated would use 3.5EB of bandwidth each year and would store about 342.19PB. My guess is that that's impossible, at least with normal plans and, having experience with web servers, I know that with that much data, there's sure to be many other unforeseen problems. However, I wanted to see if anyone knows of any hosting that fulfills those specs? I expect he wouldn't be able to use Hosting-As-A-Service products and instead self-host.

I personally expect that there will only be one or two services that provide this, if at all, so I'm not looking for recommendations. Rather, I just want a comprehensive list.

This question differs greatly from How to find web hosting that meets my requirements? which is for smaller, slightly more sane projects. In the case of this service, even a small amount of users would require gigantic amounts of bandwidth and storage.

I can pretty much definitely say that it would have to be dedicated or hosted on AWS (VPS would not work and Shared is laughable).
