My site has meta refresh code that should redirect the visitor within 1 second to another site. Some visitors though end up doing this kind of behavior:



As you can see there are 2 folder icons, the first says that the visitor was on the site for 15 seconds, the other just says that a visitor was on the site. Sometimes I have even 3-4 of those visits. Does it mean that the redirect failed and the visitor was not redirected so he refreshed the page to see what's up? Does meta refresh redirect fail sometimes?
