What will be the effect of having multiple NS records for a domain that point to different domain parking services?

For example,

ns1.bodis.com
ns2.bodis.com
ns1.sedoparking.com
ns2.sedoparking.com


When I go to www.whatsmydns.net, I see that some name servers show bodis, and others show sedo. Question is, how is it determined? What supersedes what and why? Lastly, is that a good practice to have multiple NS records from different parking provides (as in, will it be more efficient?)?
