I have a question regarding both Google analytics and Alexa rank.

I have two websites with Google analytics. The analytics suggests one of the websites gets a lot more traffic then the other and people are spending considerably more time on it.

But then when I look at the two sites on Alexa ranking the website Google analytics says is getting less visits is ranked much higher than the website getting more traffic (according to Google). Also my cPanel numbers suggest the website that is ranked higher on Alexa rank is getting more views.

Which one should I believe and why the big difference?
