I am new here. I am Indonesian and there are many Indonesian words that using suffix and prefix especially when we speak in formal language,
but most of time people often doesn't use it (suffix and prefix). let see this examples

Formal :

penjualan mesin cleaning service.


keyword that often people search for:

jual mesin cleaning service. (no suffix "pen" and prefix "an", only jual).


my questions are:


Should I write jual mesin cleaning service in the article or penjualan mesin cleaning service?
Does Google knows jual and penjualan are same and it doesn't matter at all ?


Because it's doesn't look professional if I have to write it jual mesin cleaning service in my article, since it's not a formal language. but I am afraid my site won't show up in Google result if I write it "penjualan mesin cleaning service", since most people will use Jual mesin cleaning service as their keyword.
