I've heard that some domains may be flagged as spammy or get a penalty from google search and even be banned by Google.

How can I check if the domain name I just registered is healthy ?

There seems to be lots of tools on that subject but it is unclear to me what should be checked and what is the best tool for that

edit: this sounds similar to "Checking if domain will be blacklisted in advance? " but his question is 2 years old and is not giving a straightforward way to check the reputation of the domain by search engines. The tools listed provide many metrics but no simple 'go/no go' answer
