I am trying to understand why Aggregate rating stars are not showing up for our website. I have put structured data in correct manner on both category and product pages as per google guidelines and it is also validated through google structured data validator tool. But still its not coming up even after 3-4 months. Although our competitors who are not using structured data in correct manner have review stars showing up in search results.

In Webmaster Tools as well there are no structured data errors.

Following are two such pages on website. Could you please tell me if I am doing anything wrong in them.

Following is a search result for the query "online flowers delivery in bangalore". In this you can see other websites are able to get review rating stars even after they are violating the guidelines. Why not for us (first link below)?
