Im trying to make a concave shape, something along the lines of below illustration.



Is there a tutorial on how to build shapes in photoshop, I can create a circle shape using the 'ellipse tool', however, I dont know how to precisely cut the circle to my
requirements to create the concave.

Edit: Apologies, I was referring to the concave shape as convex. Corrected.
