We have a help center setup under a property (help.example.com) which is separate from our main site (example.com)

I want to pull the number of unique visitors per day for just the help center property.

I have looked through the Google Analytics API Explorer a lot, but can't find a way to filter by property. Feel like I am missing something simple.
