Sorry for being the 100000th person to ask the same question. I found many articles on this topic but all of them are atleast 2 years old. The web is changing per day. So it is important to know the current scenario.

In (almost) 2017, is it still a maximum of 70 characters in the Title and 160 characters in the Meta Description? Or something else?
