Our Online Platform was example.com/ www.example.com/ is our main version now

But this caused some major issues in google indexing with all four versions pages in google cache www.example.com/ https://example.com/ www.example.com/ .example.com/
Now some posts are in top 10 and I can see them in google results but in google analytics there 0 clicks/impressions that is surprising.

Does 301 redirect that we place have any effect on Analytics too?

or is it the effect of the HTTPS conversion?
