When I search for a client's URL on Google, each page on the site is listed with a different title regardless of the fact that they all share an identical title tag.

Additionally, when I search for a client's site on Google by key words, I am also provided with a different title in the results that does not match the title tag.

I've uploaded a sitemap to my Google Search Console account and requested indexing from Google's crawlers. I am still shown the same results.
