After long search I can't figure out what's happening. I start to get really confused, as I try to fulfil all the Google indexing rules but my page/domain (autocosts.info) still gets a ranking 0 in a ranking from 0 to 10.

I have read almost all the documentation and Google tutorials

I have my site verified at Google Webmaster Tools / Search Console
I have provided all required meta-data into HTML (description, title,
author, keywords, etc.)
I have provided structured data, according to schema.org and the data is OK.
I have added a comprehensive sitemap at /sitemap.xml
The site ranks 99% in Google Pagespeed test tool!
I have internationalisation OK and respective information provided
The site loads very quickly (around 200ms)
The site went through several SEO test tools and got always above 90% result
The domain expiry date is set to 2026 (Google takes into account the expiry date of the respective domain)
The site is cited by many other sites
The site has no ads, no adult content, nothing sensible; simply useful
and reliable information
All the site has been crawled and it is indexed

And still... my ranking is zero!
What am I doing wrong? What must I do additionally?
