I host a site on mediatemple and for some reason google is showing the wrong url on the search results page. It's even stranger because the url looks like this: w.example.com. The url it shows is of another site I host on the same server but I have never had a subdomain for that site that was w.example.com

So far I have submitted a new sitemap to Google through webmasters and I've contacted media temple to help but they say it has nothing to do with them. This has happened before in a similar way.

The search term used was for the new site. So I searched for the company name. It brings up the correct result (shows all the info from the right website) but the url is for another site on my server that has no connection to the new site I've launched.

Very confusing, any help would be great!
