I run a website, mygoogdclient.com, that automatically recognizes user’s country and shows the contents in the relevant language. In case of a language not included, the fall back case is English. Moreover my web pages have a third level domain, each for any language used to translate the site. This situation seems to affect negatively SEO indexing. Initially, I thought the cause being a duplicate content issue despite HTML behind my pages bears rel=”alternate” attributes. Clearly I also have a nice crawlable site map. Anyone experienced the same issue and found a way out? Cheers and thanks.
