As a webmaster of a small shop with only one product and a simple Paypal button:



is it possible to get informations, from Paypal, about the potential customers who clicked on "Buy" but didn't proceed to a purchase?

I can imagine that, for confidentiality, their emails will not be available (even if this would be super useful).

On the other hand, I once heard an e-shop owner saying "When people finally don't complete the payment in the last step, we send them a promotional discount email". How do they do this?
