I have try remove my site subdomain & sub folder and Its child pages from Google Search with robots.txt file. but, I have not got correct result.

For example:

Main site: example.com
Sub domain : demo.example.com
I want to remove subdomain & its child subfolder & files from Google search results.

Have available many subfolder and also, child pages in it subfolder for subdomain.

demo.example.com/first/v1/ and here child pages demo.example.com/first/v2/ and here child pages demo.example.com/second/v1/ and here child pages


I have try to following with robots.txt file:
example.com/robots.txt
User-agent: *
Disallow: /demo/

demo.example.com/robots.txt
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
Disallow: /first/
Disallow: /second/


But, though, My Site Subdomain has not disappeared from Google search results.

So, How can i remove my subdomain & its child subfolder & files?

What is wrong here? Can you please explain proper way.
