I am in need of some expert opinions before I put a lot of time into a business decision. I have a website where I write product reviews for items and do some affiliate links. I recently built another site where I sell some of these same products that I have reviewed previously. I would like to make an ajax call to pull my previously written content onto the new site so I don't have to spend hundreds of hours revisiting each review.

However, I have been reading about this and have come across several issues:

Will google crawl my content if I am grabbing it from a separate domain?
Will I be penalized for using duplicate content?
If the above is true, could I add no crawling to my review site to stop this issue (I'd really like to avoid this, but I'm willing to make the sacrifice)?
Is there any way to link the sites together so that google will basically allow the above action? I don't think this is the case, but I am no expert.
