I have a new website (Less than 3 months). In the search console, I can see that my website ranks on 1st position for 4 different keywords (For the 1st of october). But when I seach them with incognito mode and I don't even see my website in the first 5 pages. Moreover, it would be surprising that I am ranking on the first position for these keywords or even to be on the first page because it's very common words.

So my question is : Why the avg position given by webmaster tools is way better that it is or should be.
