I have a general question about Google Analytics. Unfortunately I have not found a satisfactory answer to this on the internet.

My main domain looks like this: maindomain.de/de
Can it basically lead to a ranking loss, because the main domain ends with "/ de"? How does Google evaluate such domains?

I came to this question because I made a backlink check and saw that none of them lead to the domain ending with "/ de". Instead, they end up on the domain without "/ de".

I hope you understand my question and can help me :)
