My old website had reviews and ratings on a subdomain from bazaarvoice. Later the website migrated and bazaarvoice blocked the subdomain.

However, all of a sudden the subdomain which was blocked has started appearing in the search results along with the ratings for the product pages.

The reviews and ratings are not appearing for the new website product pages and bazaarvoice has no clue why this is happening.
