How can I validate the funnel report that is generated by GA for a goal?

Basically, the exits in my funnel steps only show same URLs that I have included in my funnel step. I have the idea of why this is happening but a little unsure if the data is correctly measured. (Having zero exits from a page sounds little off!)

Adding a snapshot of the funnel. The first step of the funnel shows 5 top exits which all are the same as entered in the funnel step. Theoretically, it can be possible but am a little surprised and so want to validate it.
