As I read through this question (here), I found out they said .in domain can't be target globally, but while I search the term hahow which is an online learning platform with domain : hahow.in, it ranks on the top of the result no matter I use Google or DuckDuckGo (since duckduckgo won't add your personal preference to search result), how did it do that? Isn't most people said ccTLD can't be ranked well worldwide? Or it spends bunch of money on Ads or social network (FaceBook ad) to make it rank well? Or it ranked well by having a high visitor (or unique visitors)?
