I am trying to develop a website that hosts user accounts, which may number in a thousand or more. Obviously not thousands of concurrent user connections. It doesn't need a ton of bandwidth. But I would need a domain name, and SSL encryption. I'm sure they all offer SQL and PHP support. Preferably a Linux server.

My expenses are going to be out-of-pocket at first, so I need something reasonably cheap that I can scale up in the future.

What are some affordable and reputable hosts that you can recommend?

Do I need to purchase a domain name separately, e.g goDaddy, SSL CA separately, and a Host separately? Or are there some services that can bundle all 3?

Sorry I haven't done this for a few years, not a web programmer.
