Is there a significant difference between these kinds of urls:

1) /my-super-article
2) /my-super-article.html
3) /articles/my-super-article


4) /articles/2017/12/my-super-article
5) /articles/2017/12/01/my-super-article
6) /2017/12/01/my-super-article


Are the 1-3 any better than 4-6? Or these days they're treated more or less the same by search engines in redards to SEO and I shouldn't pay attention to this too much?
