Is it possible to set a budget limit per account for Google Adwords? I want to outsource some marketing activity within Adwords to a marketing student, but do not want to expose my whole bank account.

How can I achieve that an user with (default) access rights can monitor keywords / change keywords for a campaign, but limit that campaign to dollar per month, so the student can "play" with that but not change budget to lets say 000.

I tried to read Google's documentation but there is no word about how you can protect your money. I know that I can budget a campaign, but the student should be able to modify the campaign to gather experience which keywords working best etc. So is there a way to let him modify the campaign (keywords, appearance etc.) but set a fixed amount of money per month per campaign, which he cannot change?
