I have created a website in Drupal 8 and I have configured SEO also properly. And all most of pages on a website are also indexed.

But when I search 'techieeworld.com' on google.com, I am not able to see my website on the first page. Please give me suggestion what can I do to get my website on google search first page.

Note: When I search site: techieeworld.com then I can see my site on first page.
