I have lived in Germany and there i had a Adsense account, which i did not verified.
Now i moved to another country and want to open Adsense Account
But problem come. I can not remove my old Adsense account, before i verify it. But i cannot verify, i cannot get a pin code.
And i can also not to change Contry, adress yes but not Country

Can i open new adsense account in other country?
