We have images named with extended utf-8 characters. For example:
example.com/зураг.jpg

Bing bot fetches the encoded URL as xD0xB0.... Our server respond with a 404 error for that. They only accept percent encoded URLs. %D0%B0... would get a 200 OK status.

How can I resolve this problem?
