I have a marketplace in Brazil that concentrates people that need all kinds of accounting services.

When my system receives a lead, it sends that lead to the partners I have in that region, so that they can try to close the deal.

Those leads are sent to my partners via email. I NEED to send the email, otherwise they won't receive the lead. That email is core to my business.

But the email is mostly the same, only changing the lead information (name, phone, email...) and I'm afraid of being classified as spam. Do I have to include a "unsubscribe" button for these emails so that I'm not classified as spam?

Note: There's no other way as of now of notifying my partners that there's a new lead without email, so if they unsubscribe I will be forced to cancel our working contract because I won't be able to deliver my services.
