SPA or angular4 websites uses a shadow dom, so, how to use or show the correct meta description added to the page?

Do I need this:

<meta name="googlebot" content="code">


or

name="googlebot" content="noodp"


As google change the meta descriptions logic, we're getting weird results and even wrong pages on SERP that are not related to the search.

Some case the description on serp is related to the query, but the title and the URL of the page shown by google is not and the weird thing is that the description showing in serp is from another related product or article in those pages

Any ideas?

Seems google doesn't show correctly the meta descriptions for SPA websites or latest angular version

How to show the meta description added to the code?
