I have some blog platfrom which is created with ghost.
I can write my stories but the way how I have to manage my tags is not fully clear. After writing a blog I can add metadata to my blog:

Meta Title
Meta Description
Search Engine Result Preview

I have to admit I was not really using this.
I wrote a blog, after that I went to tags.

Created for example a tag oranges for a blog about oranges. I could define a url which was point to the URL of my oranges blog. I could provide a description (Is it only useful for me or also for other people?). And again I could metadata for the tag. Which I wrote about my orange blog and as Title also the blog about the oranges.

Now I'm reading a bit more about SEO and I'm afraid I'm doing it wrong. To which URL do I have to point for my tags? Not to a blog?
Can someone explain to me the right way how to manage your tags + seo (metadata) for Ghost bloggings?
