I recently switched the domain name of my 2 month old wordpress website to a new one.

On checking the if the redirect was working properly with the redirect-checker.org shows me that there are too many redirect for the website.

What's the issue ? why are there so many redirects ?

I have setup domain forwarding option with 301 redirect available in the godaddy dns management panel.
