: Photoshop wrap around edges blur Ho to blur the image, with as much less efford as possible, so the blur wraps around the edges I want to blur HDRI maps

Duplicate your original image into a new layer.
Add guides to edges of original image.
Enlarge your canvas by 200%.
Duplicate the image to all eight neighboring sides to make seamless tiling.
Apply blur of choice.
Scale your canvas down to original size.
You now have wrapping blur with no hard edges!
