Found this the other day - Wordle
is an algorithmic toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide without the need for propitiatory software. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and color schemes and scroll through more randomly generated outputs until you are happy with the result. The images you create with Wordle are yours and so you can print them out and create gift from them if you wanted.

Here is a completely different take on it:

you could simply use an online print-on-demand service, (such as zazzle or cafépress). The fitting would solve itself, and you might get a lot more flexibility on stuff you can print on and solutions for images, photos etc.
