I want to add an image to Photoshop and make it look as if it is lying down/isometric as in the attached image. I can achieve the effect using the Transform tool but without being able to add precise numbers it feels very random to me and I get slightly different results every time I do it.

Anyone know the best/simplest way to achieve this.
