In the illustration below I want colored doughnuts to represent certain percentages. Like in the center the percentage reflected is 72%. I want to change the blue colored ring to 59% and so on.

I don't want to create this using the pie chart tool.

I want to learn how to cut certain portion of the circle using pen tool that it reflects the desired percentage. Thanks
