I am the most recent of just 8 users to have acquired this badge. None of the other candidates have this badge. Both Ryan and Vincent have more than twice as many answers as me, yet they haven't upvoted 100 competing answers.

I acquired this badge 2 months before Vincent, and almost 7 months before Ryan.

Vincent is the only candidate that has already acquired the Electorate badge, and I am just 90 votes away from it.

Bear in mind that I joined many months after Vincent, and over a year after Ryan.
