There is one goal I want to commit to:

More users with 10,000+ reputation

There's only 9 users with more than 10k rep, two of them moderators. What this site needs, is engagement and rewards for that engagement.

The current question quality is dropping, and it's putting off experienced users. I want to reverse this trend, encouraging better questions and more upvotes for both questions and answers. More high-rep users will only help the site's quality increase.

There's an ongoing on-topic discussion that I intend to keep going and contribute to.

The number of invested users needs to increase, and we should keep the site as welcoming as possible, not just for beginners, to achieve that. We seem like a rather small community, but there are lots and lots of you out there who would be more engaged with the site if we just made it easier and, well, fun.

I will not forget about being welcoming to new users. After all, each 1- or 101-rep beginner may grow into the new Scott.

Lastly, the more 10k+ of you there are, the less work the mods have. Mods should be lazy.
