There's enough of it to be distracting and I want to get rid of it. There's also a fair bit of chromatic aberration I couldn't get rid of in Lr. Because of the grey colour of the mullions, I can't select by colour range on the dirt without also selecting some of the window I want to keep, and because of the fringing, I also can't select all the dirt I want to. It's narrow and unevenly spaced which makes magic wand/quick select a total pain.
The only other way I can think of would be to just paint over it, but that would take forever. What would be the best way to accomplish this?
