I want a similar effect of the default online Pixlr's pencil tool in Photoshop brush tool: pixlr.com/editor/

You can see how the Pixlr brush's default behavior is to have little lines that automatically want to attach themselves to the adjacent lines I've created with the tool. It also has a much nicer looking, hand-drawn feeling to it. Photoshop's is very blocky and pixelated.

How can i accomplish this effect in photoshop?
