I created a simple Text with Bevel Alpha and Bevel Edges (See image) in After Effects. Now, I tried 4 different ways to render it.
These were:

Rendered the composition (no animation) as .avi with lossless settings. Then imported in Premiere Pro and rendered as original settings (settings in Ae) in MP4 format.
Saved the Ae project and imported in Pr and exported as original settings and used Maximum Quality and VBR2. (MP4)
Rendered directly from Ae with RGB + Alpha settings as .mov
Rendered directly from Ae with RGB settings as .mov

Now the quality I got is 4 >= 3 > 1 > 2 Which is shown in image. (I didn't notice much difference.)

I read somewhere that if you want best quality use .mov or .avi. But if you have some 1080p Hollywood movies, you'd see the quality of Titles is
very good even when they're in .MP4 format and size is around 2 GB.

So how do I get good quality. What should be the right way? How do professional video makers render their motion logos (e.g. Tutorials in YouTube)

Also, I would like to know the difference between rednering as RGB + Alpha and only Alpha. I tried to search but couldn't find good results.

You can provide references for your convenience. Thank you.
