Is there a way of exporting an SVG from Sketch so that it includes the transparency within the shape?



Currently when exporting a shape with any closed transparency (i.e. within the outline of the shape) that transparent shape not included. In the example shown, when the developers use the file it appears as an entirely white circle. This happens for SVGs, not PNGs.

I've tried things like merging the layers, subtracting the layers etc. but nothing seems to help.

The only workaround I could find was to export the SVG and open in Adobe Illustrator. Use a shape tool to identify the problematic path, remove it using difference or intersect and save the SVG again (no re-exporting needed). It would be nice to have a complete Sketch workflow.
