this is a useless question just for sake of spare time with glitch art.

I know that it is quite easy to glitch a SVG file: just open it with a text editor anche randomly change numbers in the path or in parameters but I'm wondering if anyone have seen some specific software to do it (like a plugin/addon for Inkscape)? Or some really deep example of glitch on vector graphics?
